Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
StillPath is provided by life change from the onside ("we", "us", "our"). When you use StillPath or buy a plan, you are entering into an agreement with life change from the onside. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StillPath.
1. The service
StillPath is a 21-day guided meditation and visualization program with a practice timer, progress tracking and a personal journal. The first 3 days are free. Paid plans (monthly or lifetime) unlock the full program as described on our pricing page. StillPath is for general wellbeing only and is not medical or psychological advice or treatment.
2. Your account
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and let us know about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse StillPath. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- send spam or impersonate others;
- infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
- interfere with the security of the service, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or getting around access limits;
- copy, resell or redistribute the program content, or reverse engineer the service.
4. Intellectual property
life change from the onside owns StillPath and all of its content, software, design and branding. A paid plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program for the plan you chose. Your journal entries remain yours; you allow us to store them only so we can provide the service to you.
5. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel; after cancelling, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment. See our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep StillPath running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You may stop using StillPath at any time. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize the data linked to it, as described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use StillPath after a change, you accept the updated terms.
