Refund period

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the lifetime purchase and to each monthly subscription payment.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles refunds. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to pay, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel any time from your Account page under "Manage billing & receipts". After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
